Our company is structured around email support. It gives us the flexibility to answer questions, and deal with problems in an effective and timely manner. Of course, you will always receive an answer to your e-mails within 24 hours. We understand that many people are more comfortable with phone support, but it's a simple resource problem - we're a quite small operation and telephone technical support is simply too staff- and time-intensive to be practical. For that reason, we don't publish a phone or cell number on our web pages. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
